We’re excited to introduce the new Contact List feature, allowing your family to share all of your important contacts in a single place.
Contact List
The new Contact List lets you save contact information for doctors, dentists, caregivers, relatives, family friends, fellow school parents, after-school programs, and more. Make sure everyone in your family has access to all of these key contacts.
The Contact List can be accessed from the Main Menu screen.
Filter by Family Member & Search By Keywords
Each contact can optionally be associated with one or more Family Members or Topics and given a searchable category label. This is a great way to keep track of who a contact is primarily for and their relationship with your family. For example, you might want to tag the contact information for the parents of one of your child’s friends or that child’s after-school or extracurricular program with the child’s Family Member channel. Or you might want to label one of the parents as “Alice’s Mom” or a caregiver as “Babysitter” to make it easier to find who you’re looking for. The keyword search option lets you filter by both the contact’s name and label with keyword highlighting in the search results, making it quick to find who you’re looking for.
Click to Call, Text, Email, and Map
You can save multiple phone numbers, emails, and addresses for each contact and label each with their type (e.g. home, work, school, etc.). When viewing a contact, you can click to call, text, email, or open a mapping application.
Birthday Reminders for Contacts
You can optionally specify a birthday for each contact and have a reminder appear on the calendar automatically.
Share Contacts as vCards
If you need to export or share a particular contact, you can do so easily by clicking on the share icon. This creates a vCard file for the contact and opens the standard system sharing dialog.
